3 points to remember this february
Plus 2 questions to ask yourself to make you pause and think
How are you feeling now that we’re well into the second month of the year? Have those new year’s resolutions faded, or are you thriving? Whatever your current situation, I'd like you to remember three things:
- you're not "ill-disciplined" if today/ this week you need to slowly, gently ease back into your work
- you chose to have your own small business for this very freedom it allows you
- body first, business second.
And ask yourself:
- what can I do today that feels easy but still gives me and my business the respect it deserves (for me that's paying and sending invoices and getting in touch with long-term clients)?
- what rest do I need, and how will I get it (I've got the baby at home so rest isn't just long baths and sleep, but it is a restorative walk, Bargain Hunt and not feeling like I MUST TIDY THE ENTIRE HOUSE IN ONE DAY.
