I’m Laura, a multipassionate coach, teacher, singer, website designer and lover of all things creative business. I’m a mum of three in Surrey, creating a joyful, generous life and earning well through creative, fulfilling work.
I know what it’s like to want a deeply creative life and still be a high-achieving, bill-paying badass.
I also know what having children does to your time, your energy, and any idea you once had about balance — and how it can feel like you’ve reinvented yourself more times than Bowie.
My story
At the age of 29 I was a Director of Music in an extraordinary secondary school, combining this with a successful career as a professional singer (and writing poetry on the side).
Two kids seventeen and a half months apart later, and I had lost all desire to follow this path. But more than that, a creative, rebellious ‘“what if I could make something myself” nagging question wouldn’t go away.
Eleven and a half years later, via hypnobirthing training, coaching training, supper clubs, vision board workshops, poetry writing, DYCP funding, a blog, The Key Cards, and a lot more I have found a blend of coaching, teaching and mentoring for women that I adore. I still sing, teach, write, oh and I now design websites for fellow creatives and business owners. Niching? Nah.
