You’ve done the high-achieving part. Now it’s time for the you to create the work that matters to you, that reflects your intellect, creativity, and integrity.

for women so driven by curiosity that the self-doubt softens, because the learning and the work are too important to ignore

You’ve done the high-achieving part.
You’ve built the career, the credibility, the life that works.

Now you’re ready to expand it:
to create the course you’ve imagined,
write the book that’s been tugging at you,
or step forward as the voice of authority in your field.

You don’t need permission.
You need perspective, structure, and space to grow with integrity —
without losing the intelligence, artistry, and curiosity that got you here.

That’s where I come in.

You’re brilliant, driven, capable of spinning ten plates before breakfast.
You’ve built a life full of achievement: the degree, the work, the family, the creative spark that keeps you curious.

And yet, something in you still hums with more.
Not more hustle, but more meaning.
Not bigger goals, but deeper alignment.

You want the different parts of you to work together: the intellect, the intuition, the structure, and the spark.

You want your days to feel as fulfilling as your CV looks.

You don’t need fixing.

You need space, clarity, and the right kind of conversation: one that reminds you who you are beneath the doing.

That’s where our work begins.

And perhaps, the reminder that you’re not doing this alone.

There’s a community of bright, creative women walking the same path: thoughtful, ambitious, open-hearted, and ready to grow together (because the teacher in me knows we learn so much from “doing” with others,

What working together looks like

This is coaching for bright, creative, multi-passionate (easily bored?!) women who are ready to tune back in: to themselves, their work, and what really matters.

Our sessions are part reflection, part rehearsal: a space to listen closely, to notice the dissonances, and to rediscover your real ambition.

We might talk strategy one moment and creative potential the next.

We’ll explore what drives you, what drains you, and what wants to be expressed through you.

There’s structure: rhythm, phrasing, a framework that holds us steady. But there’s also improvisation, because life, like music, rarely stays perfectly in time.

My mission as your coach and mentor? To challenge you to stretch, refine, and play at the edges of your capability: to find clarity, creativity, and courage in the midst of it all: the family dinners, the washing, the homework, the endless to-dos (perhaps the music practice?!)

You’ll leave each session clearer, lighter, and more connected: challenged to grow, yet grounded enough to move towards your ambitions without burnout, boredom, or losing yourself along the way.

And whilst I know how wildly powerful 1:1 coaching is, I don’t believe true growth happens in isolation. Two decades in teaching have shown me that we learn best when we are also part of a like-minded, ambitious but radically supportive community: through conversation, shared perspective, and mutual encouragement.

That’s why you will automatically be added to my exclusive (in the best way) community

Coaching with rhythm, depth, and soul.

Laura Oldfield, multipassionate coach and mentor smiling as she looks at her Apple Mac

Hello

I’m laura.

I’m a proud multi-passionate: coach to bright, brilliant creatives who are obsessed with learning and need me to challenge and cheerlead them as they find their wow, mentor, music teacher, professional singer (soprano), podcaster, writer, speaker, and mum of 3.

My magic is that when you work with me you’re more open to new ideas, you’re invigorated, you’re excited, you do the big brave thing, with energy and joy.

I’m here to challenge you to find the freedom to take up the space for ALL you are everything that you're yet to become. Here’s your permission slip to give yourself a break, and in doing so find the freedom to pursue what you actually want to do.

You’re done with settling for the middle. Now, it’s time to explore what’s truly excellent: the extraordinary that was always meant for you (because you always were, weren’t you?)

I sing professionally with groups like the BBC Singers, Tenebrae, OAE and sing with London Voices on films like Barbie and Avengers Assemble.

I am a deeply committed music teacher (both classroom and 121), write and host a podcast Pivot! the Podcast, discussing career twists and turns.

I write on my Blog and on Instagram (I used to have a Substack but found in a quest to have a simpler approach to my business I shut it down).

Aside from doing these lovely things I love to drink flat whites,
