Hi, I’m Laura
I’m a professional singer, musician and teacher, as well as a coach, mentor, website designer, writer and mum of three in Surrey, UK. My working life has always been driven by curiosity: learning new things, following good ideas and allowing my work to evolve as I do. Motherhood has shaped that too, changing what I want from my work, how I use my time and what ambition looks like in different seasons of life.
Rather than seeing all those different strands as separate, I’ve realised they’re what make me particularly good at the work I do now. I know how to listen, teach and communicate; how to spot what’s excellent and draw it out; how to take a tangle of ideas and find the magic threads shimmering through them. And I understand that the work we create has to fit into our lives, not the other way around.
