Hi, I’m Laura!

I live a life and run a business where all of my multi-faceted self is welcome, working with clients who want businesses that are sustainable, energy giving and in line with the rest of their lives.

I’ve been through the feast and famine cycle I know you want to avoid and helped my clients ensure they miss out this tricky part of building their portfolio of work.

I run my business helping amazing, heart-led clients, alongside a thriving professional singing, composing and writing career (and I’m developing a range of products including the existing Key Cards).

I value my garden, music, Midsomer Murders and good coffee as much as my work (but adore what I do and am ambitious for success on my terms).

Here’s what I’ve noticed about the beautiful clients I work with:

It’s not about not knowing the stuff. It’s not about consuming more content. It’s not just about “making the time.” It’s not just about being consistent.

You’re a company of one, Doing All the Things.

You’re making endless decisions about what to do, what to feel, where your energy should be, what next you should learn. And that whole mindset piece? That feeling that you’re not able to do the way you want? It’s so frustrating.

When you finally do get the time you just don’t know where to start. Or you feel you must be consistent so try and work in exactly the same way, week on week, without acknowledging your energy as a woman and as a human being and its inevitable variability.

I know that success on my terms comes when I feel genuinely supported by a coach who sees all of me, and a mentor who is willing to listen first, to be honest and who gets it. A person who is able to give me the space to have real space and real perspective. A person who recognises that I want to make money, real, proper money, but not at the expense of my family and my rest and my hobbies.

And I know you feel the same.

I know you want to unlock that simplicity of decision making, of choice, of how you live your life. And you value the contribution and inspiration of and from others.

Here’s what we’ll do together (some predictable, others I believe uniquely exciting!):

1.Weekly Live Problem Solving (aka a potent mix of coaching and mentoring) - Tuesdays at 10am at the moment - recording, transcript and anything else you need available

You'll send me your questions in advance - I'll come on a call live and answer them - you can either join me to discuss it with me live or just listen to my response. If you can’t think of anything specific for that week don’t worry, you’ll be able to post in our private community space and I’ll get back to you. There’s a week day call and a week night call, so you can work it around you and all your other commitments.

2. Online Co-Working - Thursdays at 10am at the moment - recording, transcript and anything else you need available

Turn up and get on. It's unbelievably effective. Share what you've achieved at the end (if you like).

3. Accountability Check-ins - Monday morning in Whatsapp/ Facebook

We'll meet online and tell the group what we're doing each week OR NOT - you can always just DM me directly in our group community if it’s in the secret stages! At the end of the week I'll check in with you. The power of a group like this is the team of cheerleaders you get though, so use it!“

4. “Ask me anything” office hours - at the moment Tuesday afternoons and Wednesday evenings

Exactly as it sounds - you can send or ask me anything on our private community and I’ll get back to you in my office hours.

5. A monthly taught lesson (once a teacher, always a teacher…)

This is new and exciting - each month we’ll invite an expert to share with us (or me when it’s my expertise or yours as a guest expert if it’s yours!) and we’ll explore it together. Themes will include:

launching in a way that feels right for you

Planning that business
Copywriting must-learns
Boundaries - in all aspects
Your inner critic and inner mentor

Your tech stack

6. Quarterly group planning meetings

Every three months in line with seasonal and cyclical living principles we’ll make a flexible plan for the next quarter. It will feel such a relief to know you have this.

Sorry to cop out on this but it does totally depend on you and your business - what I do know is you’re joining at a really exciting time, and I would want you to feel excited and to have faith in what I’m giving you. I would also want you to consider that it’s a business expense, and it’s ok to have business expenses. How you choose to divide that up is up to you (that’s why I do 0% payment plans). I would want you to know that this should feel like your business home.

I’m in our online community (on Whatsapp and I’m uploading everything to Facebook: we tried other homes and we didn’t get on with them - just another login to remember…) nearly every day (and will communicate to you when I’m not). We meet live every week for coaching calls and co-working. I am here for you 121 via Voxer or Whatsapp in specific hours. I’m not here for you all the time in the way I am for my 121s (don’t forget if you get 121 you get this for membership for free during the duration of our programme together), but I’m here a heck of a lot of the time!
Heart-led business owners who want to make money that leaves them feeling at ease in their life, who started from a point of creativity or service (or both). Whether you run a service-based business or a creative “making” business there’s space for you here. If you’re looking for detailed information on Shopify and using Klaviyo to optimise your sales then it probably isn’t your home - though I have plenty of expert friends who can offer you and me advice.
