We designed the Key Cards to bring clarity, organisation and focus into your work and life. The suggested time limits ensure that you can build them into your day or build your day around them. As a small business owner, creative or freelancer you are probably used to dealing with quarters or 90 day chunks of team. With 90 cards you can repeat them three times a year, building on your knowledge of your energy, effort levels and time for, in and on your business.

There are 5 affirmations for business owners for those days you need a pep talk, and 5 journalling prompts to encourage reflection and inspiration.

How to use The Key Cards

There is no "right way" to use The Key Cards. You might be entirely predictable in your energetic patterns, and so use (as an example) 7 sage, 7 meadow, 7 amber and 7 navy (with affirmations and journalling when you feel like it). Equally you may have little idea how you're going to feel from one day to the next, and choose which colour works for you according to how you feel when you wake up! Another option is to focus more on the suggested time limits than the energy allocations (though you'll get more from them if you take it in account!) You can always take the quiz and find out!
